Zij bezochten de Stenden hogeschool en lieten zich daar informeren over de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">uitwisseling en begeleiding van buitenlandse studenten in Holland. Ook brachten zij een bezoek aan de Mackayschool voor speciaal onderwijs. Met deze laatste school werd in juni 2024 een uitwisseling vanuit Most naar Meppel georganiseerd. In het Stadhuis van Meppel kregen zij een uiteenzetting over de verschillende onderwijsvormen in Meppel.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Zij maakten bovendien de festiviteiten rond Koningsdag mee en waren bij de aubade de speciale gasten van burgemeester Korteland.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Stage studentes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Van 23 april t\/m 15 mei hebben Hana Solnarova en Vanesa Miletinova, twee verpleegkundige studentes van de Vissy Odborna Skola, stage gelopen in verzorgingshuis de Berghorst te Staphorst. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">De begeleiding werd verzorgd door stagebegeleidsters van het Drenthe College en de Berghorst. Op zaterdag 14 september gaf het orkest geen concert in de Maria Hemelvaartkerk te Most zoals gepland, maar in een zaal van Hotel Cascade. Zie onderstaande tekst. Daarom reisden afgelopen weekend bestuurders van de Gemeente Meppel en de Stichting Stedenband Most-Meppel naar Tsjechi\u00eb om het jubileum te vieren met de collega\u2019s van de partnerstad. Ze werden vergezeld door muziekvereniging De Bazuin die met ruim vijftig leden mee zou doen aan het jaarlijkse festival Mosteck\u00e1 Slavnost. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">De voorbereidingen beloofden een prachtig optreden van De Bazuin, gezamenlijk met het lokale jeugdkoor Kwaya van de MBO-HBO school VO\u0160.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Maar door het slechte weer in Centraal Europa moest het programma in allerijl omgegooid worden; de landelijke crisis-autoriteiten verboden zaterdag alle evenementen in de open lucht. Het festival werd gecanceld. De Bazuin had echter \u2019s ochtends gerepeteerd in de kelderzaal van het hotel en mocht daar \u2019s middags alsnog optreden.
